For our current and future Regenerative Medicine clients, we have streamlined the process of getting the Medical Professional Liability Coverage in place for your new Regenerative Medicine/Integrated Clinic. The policies can be done on either a Claims Made Basis or Occurrence whatever your preference is. The policy can be a shared limit of liability or separate limits of liability for each of the providers. The policies come with Regulatory Defense coverage this will respond in case of a complaint filed with a Board or Medicine or a Medicare Medicaid billing audit. The policies come with Cyber Liability coverage as well the limits vary from carrier to carrier but the coverage minimums will be $50,000.00. The cost of the policy will depend on the number of providers in the office, number of patients you are seeing a year, and the overall revenue for the practice.

1) Consent forms you will be using in the office
